Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full access to CoachV requires a CoachV Membership, a paid recurring subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us (or the app store you purchase through) to charge your payment method the membership price, plus any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis.

CoachV Membership is billed at the price and billing interval shown to you at checkout. The current standard pricing may be displayed on CoachV's pricing or checkout pages.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Before any applicable price change takes effect, we will provide any notice required by law.

You can cancel at any time. How you cancel depends on where you purchased:

• Web purchases (processed by Stripe): manage or cancel through CoachV's subscription-management flow, or email us at support@coachv.app.
• App store purchases: cancel using that store's subscription controls where required — we may not be able to cancel app store subscriptions on your behalf.

Deleting the CoachV app does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your CoachV account is separate from canceling your subscription, unless CoachV explicitly confirms otherwise during the deletion flow. If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. See Account & Data Deletion.

When you cancel, your paid access continues through the billing period you already paid for, unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout. You will not be charged again, and access to membership features ends when that period ends. Your account and training history remain available unless you choose to delete them.

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.

Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's refund process, and refund requests must be submitted to the store.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and ask you to update your payment method. If payment is not completed within a reasonable grace period, your membership may be paused or ended until payment is made.

We may occasionally offer free trials, discounts, promotional pricing, or complimentary access. Unless stated otherwise, promotional pricing applies only for the period described, after which your membership renews at the standard price. If a trial converts to a paid membership, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Before you enroll in any trial or promotion, we will clearly disclose whether it converts automatically to a paid membership and when billing begins. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated and have no cash value.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
