Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CoachV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use CoachV.

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use your own CoachV account. When you create an account — with an email address or with Google — you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. CoachV does not currently offer parent-managed accounts for children under 13, and we may suspend or delete an account if we learn it was created by someone under 13. If you are not legally able to enter into agreements on your own (for example, because you are a minor where you live), you may use CoachV only with any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use CoachV only for its intended purpose of personal athletic training and coaching. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the operation of the service, or use CoachV in violation of applicable law.

You are responsible for the information you enter into CoachV, including your profile, schedule, goals, training logs, and chat messages. The quality of CoachV's recommendations depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

CoachV generates coaching recommendations using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances. Recommendations are informational coaching assistance; they can contain errors or fail to account for circumstances CoachV does not know about. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation before acting on it and for using your own judgment — and the judgment of qualified professionals when appropriate — about your training.

CoachV provides general fitness, sports training, recovery, and nutrition information. CoachV is not a doctor, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Physical activity carries inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether any exercise, workout, nutrition recommendation, or other activity is appropriate for you, and for consulting a qualified professional where your circumstances call for it. AI suggestions and any health, wellness, or wearable data may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical monitoring. Do not use CoachV for emergencies. CoachV and its content, features, and design are owned by CoachV and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the information you enter; you grant CoachV the right to use that information to operate and provide the service to you.

CoachV relies on third-party services — such as authentication providers (including Google Sign-In), hosting and database infrastructure, payment processors and app stores, AI model providers, and optional device integrations — to operate. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and CoachV is not responsible for third-party services.

Full access to CoachV requires a paid CoachV Membership that renews automatically until you cancel. Billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation, when access ends, refunds, failed payments, and promotional pricing are described in our Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. The price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional terms shown to you at checkout control for that purchase.

CoachV may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may stop using CoachV at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively.

CoachV is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachV and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or your reliance on AI-generated recommendations. Your use of CoachV and your training decisions are at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice — for example, in the app or by email — when appropriate or legally required.
